Cocktail

Circular banqueting tables, tasty bites, music and colourful cocktails. If you pick cocktail layout for your event, you will have rounded tables, each of which will typically seat up to 4 guests. In that way, your guests will be allowed to freely enjoy the view at the Acropolis, their meal, moving around, networking, dancing, having fun! Cocktail layout is a great fit for: award evenings | luncheons | workshops | conferences.

Boardroom

One large table brings together different, creative people. This layout permits all participants facing the middle and allows interaction, brainstorming, participation, discussion. Boardroom layout is a great fit for: conference breakout sessions and smaller meetings | brainstorming | presentations

Theatre

This style looks like the seatings found in a theatre or cinema with chairs aligned in consecutive straight rows. All chairs are set up in straight rows, facing a central point, in order to enjoy in a comfortable way the event’s “show”. Theatre layout is a great fit for: conferences | lectures | presentations I product launches.

Workshop

This layout is cool, comfortable, engaging. Not every attendee works in the same way and being able to opt for a variety of different seating can be an interesting way of allowing everyone to pick what suits them best. Normal chairs, bar stools, bean bags, floor cushions encourage interaction and facilitate the hosts to walk around different groups during workshop sessions.
